Soft twill skirt in 100% cotton. The skirt has metal snap-buttons all the way at front, but only the 2 top ones are able to open. The skirt has a flounce attached from the waist down to hem at front. The length of the skirt is over the knee. The skirt has a regular and comfortable fit.
